Judge Arthur Adamyan Receives Serious Reprimand from the Supreme Judicial Council

The Supreme Judicial Council has reviewed the request from the Ethics and Disciplinary Issues Committee of the General Assembly of Judges regarding disciplinary action against Arthur Adamyan, a judge of the first instance court in the Armavir region. The Council accepted the request and has issued a serious reprimand to Judge Adamyan.

The decision takes effect upon publication and is considered final. It is also noted that council members Karen Tumanyan and Eranuhi Tumanyants disagreed with the type of punishment applied and voted in favor of the option to suspend the judge's powers.
