Former Ajapnyak Head Overturns in 'BYD' Car Accident: Details

Today, a major car accident occurred in the section of the highway leading from Ashtarak to Davtashen or Eghvard. Near the underpass, one of the vehicles overturned. According to drivers, the accident likely happened during a U-turn. Drivers also add that U-turns are prohibited in that area adjacent to the well-known 'Kvartal'.

As reported by shamshyan.com, it has been established that the electric vehicle was driven by 35-year-old Gevorg Babayan, a resident of Yerevan, while the 'Hyundai' was driven by 29-year-old Vazgen Asatryan, also from Yerevan. Notably, Gevorg Babayan is the former head of the Ajapnyak administrative district and a member of the 'Civil Contract' party.

Fortunately, according to initial reports, there are no injuries resulting from the accident.
