Trump Approves a 28-Point Peace Plan for Russia and Ukraine

U.S. President Donald Trump has approved a peace plan consisting of 28 points aimed at ending the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. According to NBC News, the initiative was developed with the involvement of several senior administration officials, including Steve Witkoff, Vice President Jay D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Jared Kushner, during discussions with Russia’s specially qualified envoy Kirill Dmitriev.

It is noted that Ukraine did not participate in this process. U.S. officials indicate that the plan is based on providing security guarantees for both parties, but details have yet to be released and are subject to change.
