Arman Israelian Placed Under House Arrest, Mihiran Maksudian’s House Arrest Lifted in the Case of Bagrat Srblazian and Others
In the case involving Bagrat Srblazian and others, former military officer and unit commander Arman Israelian has been placed under house arrest for a period of two months. This decision was made by the court with a prohibition on leaving his residence and a bond set at 2 million drams, taking into consideration his family circumstances.
Judge Karen Farkhoyan rejected the public prosecutor's request to extend the period of detention to three months. Additionally, the house arrest imposed on the other accused, Colonel Mihiran Maksudian, has been lifted. Mihiran Maksudian will now be subject to administrative supervision, with prohibitions on leaving that include relevant restrictions which will not hinder necessary medical examinations.
