NATO Secretary General Calls for Preparation for War

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has urged European countries to increase defense spending and prepare for war in order to avoid it. He made this statement in an interview with the Bild newspaper.

“He has called on Berlin to ‘spend more and produce more’ in the defense and military industry. This topic will be subject to discussion in many European countries in the coming months,” he said.

“Let me be very clear: we need to prepare for war. This is the best way to prevent war,” Rutte added.
