Zelensky on Resuming Negotiations with Russia

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has announced the resumption of negotiations with Russia regarding the end of military operations. "Meetings are scheduled tomorrow in Turkey. We are preparing to activate negotiations and have developed solutions that we will propose to our partners," the president stated.

According to him, bringing an end to the war is Ukraine's top priority with all efforts focused on achieving this goal.
