Trump Calls on British Authorities

US President Donald Trump has stated that the United Kingdom should take a cue from the United States and involve its military in border protection efforts. He noted that the United Kingdom has the additional advantage of being surrounded by seas.

When asked whether London should implement methods similar to those used in the US, the president replied, 'The issue is the same, and the engagement of additional resources, including military personnel, could strengthen border protection.'

In the interview, the US president reiterated that border security should be a priority for states, regardless of geographical conditions.
