Pashinyan on the Return of Armenians Detained in Baku
We are engaged in daily work on this issue. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a parliamentary briefing while discussing the efforts to secure the return of our compatriots who are detained in Baku.
“I believe that peace will resolve all other issues as well, it will resolve many questions. In other words, the perception that we need to solve all problems before there can be peace or a peace agreement is not absolute. This is a process, a living process, it's not correct to say that it should be done this way or that way... because if we had led with that logic, we wouldn’t have reached this point, we wouldn’t have reached this point of peace,” said Pashinyan.
“That’s why we try to demonstrate as flexible approaches as possible, approaches that at any given moment align maximally with the interests of the Armenian state,” he added.
