"This morning in Davtashen..." Facebook user Rouzanna Stepanyan has shared a video on her Facebook page, stating: "This is cement dust... and it has been like this for 5-6 years. Is there no responsible person in Davtashen administrative district? They have named it 'felicity' and are literally choking the citizens... Dear Yerevan municipality, what do you have to say?"

It should be noted that Yerevan's Deputy Mayor Tigran Avinyan has addressed the issue of dust emissions and the lack of appropriate equipment at construction sites. According to him, based on legislative regulations, developers in construction sites are required to install dust-catching nets.
