Alcohol and Tobacco Producers Without Tax Stamps Will Face Penalties: Bill

The production and sale of alcoholic beverages without tax stamps will become subject to legal liability. This was announced by Narek Ghahramanyan, a deputy from the 'Civil Contract' faction.

According to the new legislative initiative, producers of alcoholic beverages or tobacco without tax stamps will be punished in accordance with the law. The aim of the changes is to strengthen market control, prevent illegal production, and enhance tax discipline.

It is anticipated that producers and sellers of products without tax stamps will face administrative or criminal liability, depending on the scale and frequency of the violation.
