Azerbaijan Is Not Shooting Now Because Nikol Pashinyan Gives Them What They Want - Robert Kocharian

People lacked experience and knowledge, but they wore a suit that clearly didn’t fit them, said the 2nd President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, in an interview with Channel 5, responding to the question of why Artsakh fell.
"It was a feeling of desperation as you see that you are losing everything, you are losing your homeland," he noted.
According to Robert Kocharian, Azerbaijan is not firing now because Nikol Pashinyan gives them whatever they want.
The 2nd President of Armenia does not believe in any peace that is not secured by some guarantee mechanisms.
