Deputy Governor of Kherson Region Missing
The Deputy Governor of Kherson Region, Ekaterina Gubareva, has gone missing, reports 360TV.
“My wife, Ekaterina Gubareva, has been missing since around 4:30 PM yesterday. She has not been in contact since then. The last place she was seen was the building of the Kherson regional government in Genichesk,” said her husband, Pavel Gubarev.
