VIDEO: Arsen Torosyan on Debate with Nikol Pashinyan

Today, after a discussion with Arsen Torosyan at the Permanent Commission on Human Rights Protection and Public Affairs in the National Assembly, journalists asked the minister what conclusion he had reached regarding whether he should express opinions from now on.

“Definitely! I have always expressed and will continue to express my views,” the minister responded.

It should be recalled that during the last cabinet meeting, Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan, while discussing the draft amendments to the Tax Code, which proposes taxing not just sugary drinks but all carbonated beverages with value-added tax, stated that the issue had not been discussed with them, which angered Nikol Pashinyan.
