US President Issues Statement on Russia-Ukraine Conflict

US President Donald Trump has announced significant progress in the peace process between Russia and Ukraine. He made this statement in Washington during a meeting with the leaders of Central Asian countries.

According to Trump, Washington continues to actively work towards resolving the conflict, and though the process is not yet complete, important advancements have been made in recent months. He emphasized that the US aims to also bring an end to the ongoing war between Moscow and Kyiv through peaceful means.

“We want this war to finally stop,” said Trump, expressing confidence that the parties will eventually show reason and reach an agreement. The President also reminded that during his administration, the United States has “ended eight armed conflicts in eight months.”
