US to Cut Air Traffic; Airports to Partially Close

The U.S. Transportation Secretary, Shawn Fain, has announced that due to the ongoing closure of air transport, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) will implement reductions at 40 airports.

According to APA, during a conference held in Washington, Shawn Fain noted that the FAA plans to decrease traffic by 10% at these 40 airports. He stated that this decision is attributed to a shortage of staff at the airports.
