Fire Contained at Yerevan City: Details

The cause of the fire cannot be discussed yet; an examination must be conducted to determine it. This was stated by Kamo Tsutulyan, the head of the Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, during a conversation with journalists regarding the fire that broke out at Yerevan City on Komitas Avenue.

"The fire has been contained. Fire suppression activities are underway. There is currently no open flame," said Kamo Tsutulyan.

He added, "Until an investigation is carried out, we cannot make any statements. According to preliminary data, there are no reported injuries. The spread of the fire has been prevented."
