Arrest Warrant Issued for Vahe Hakobyan: 'Patsinfon'

An arrest warrant has been issued for former MP and former Syunik Governor Vahe Hakobyan. Our sources within law enforcement have confirmed our information.

In response to an oral inquiry from 'Patsinfon', the Ministry of Internal Affairs did not deny the information about the arrest warrant, suggesting that a written request be sent.

We are also trying to clarify the details of the criminal proceedings with the investigative body. However, the Investigative Committee also suggested sending a written inquiry.

Earlier, Vahe Hakobyan's name was circulated in connection with a corruption-related case. Additionally, his brother and former Deputy Director of ZPMC, Narek Ambaryan, is also in a defendant's status within the criminal proceedings related to ZPMC.
