Young Man Who Burned Khamenei's Effigy Found Dead in Iran

A young man named Omid Sarlak has been found dead in the city of Aligudarz, Lorestan province, Iran. He had recently published a video in which he burned an effigy of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei.

The Iranian police have declared that Sarlak committed suicide. However, his family and human rights advocates are questioning this version, labeling the incident as a "state murder."
