In the Place Where They Found Tigran, I Had Also Been; There Was No Trace - Volunteer

After days of searching, 3-year-old Tigran was found dead yesterday by residents of Tsapatagh. The child's body was discovered about 60 meters away from the sign marking the village of Jil, in a field area.

Volunteer Svetlana Levochkina, who participated in the child’s search efforts, stated that they had searched that area multiple times before: “We looked everywhere. Hundreds of people came here from all over Armenia. But we could not save little Tigran. And I cannot describe the feeling of guilt; it is unbearable. Every person who participated in the searches, even for just an hour, came back as a different person. The child made everyone feel like family during those days. Even this stray dog knew what we were looking for, where we were going; it followed us, checking each bush. I don’t know what to say. The child was found in a place that everyone had looked at many times. Including me. There was no trace there.”
