Concrete Decisions to Be Made Regarding Other Children in 3-Year-Old Tigran's Family

The topic has been communicated with the partners of the unified territorial social service to make specific decisions regarding the remaining children living in that family and to take appropriate action. This was stated today, November 3, during a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly by Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan, in reference to the circumstances surrounding the death of 3-year-old Tigran, a resident of Tsapatagh.

Earlier, she had reported that the child's father had killed 3-year-old Tigran by strangulation.
