Declarations of Candidates Participating in Vagharchapat Elections

On November 16, 2025, municipal council elections will take place in the Vagharchapat community, with participation from 8 political forces. Hetq has published the asset and income declarations of the top three candidates in the electoral lists of these forces.

According to the law, candidates are required to submit their asset and income declarations to the relevant electoral commission within 10 days after the candidate registration deadline.

The Central Electoral Commission approved the declaration form, submission procedure, and list of non-disclosable information on March 27, 2025. According to this, candidates must declare their immovable and movable property if they have held ownership rights by October 1, 2025.

Income data includes earnings received during the previous 12 months, whereas information about securities and cash is reported if they were available as of the same date.

Victory Coalition
The first candidate on the alliance's electoral list is Sevak Khachatryan. According to his declaration, Khachatryan owns two private houses, one apartment, and three plots of land as joint and sole property. Among his movable assets, he declared three vehicles: a 2024 BYD Song Plus EV, a 2022 Lexus ES 250 2.5, and a 2006 Nissan X-Trail 2.0.
