The wife of the Prime Minister, Anna Hakobyan, has quoted Confucius on her Facebook page: "The Master said to one of his disciples: 'Appear when you are needed, and disappear when you are despised. Only we, you and I, can perform this.' The disciple asked: 'If you were to lead an army, whom would you choose as a commander?' The Master replied: 'Not the man who charges into battle against lions and swims across rivers without fear of dying. Before stepping onto the battlefield, he should have concerns and should always prefer the victory that can be achieved through strategy.' The Text of The Analects, Chapter 7, 7.11."
