It is Necessary to Continue Creating Obstacles in Moscow: Shmyhal
If the conflict in Ukraine continues into 2026, the republic will require at least $120 billion. This was announced by the country's Defense Minister Denis Shmyhal.
Shmyhal added that even if the conflict ends, Ukraine will still need approximately the same amount to keep its army prepared for potential new aggression.
Shmyhal also stated that it is essential to continue actions aimed at creating obstacles for air flights in the Moscow region. Previously, Shmyhal had announced that Ukraine is still not ready to negotiate with Russia regarding the resolution of the conflict.
