Elderly Woman Missing While Attempting to Return to Artsakh

An elderly resident of Vardanashen village in the Armavir region, 73-year-old Zhanna Antonyan, has gone missing. According to family members, she left the house around 3:00 PM yesterday and has not returned since. This was reported by journalist Lia Sargsyan.

“The elderly woman has memory issues. Her grandson, Artak, told 'Ishkhanutyun' news outlet that her grandmother is from Artsakh and could not come to terms with the loss of her homeland. She always said, 'I am going home.' She only remembered her husband and packed her things every day, preparing to return to Artsakh,” he said.
