The Detention Measure of Arsen Ghukasyan Changed

The detention measure of Arsen Ghukasyan, a relative of a missing person, has been changed from custody to home arrest with a prohibition on leaving the premises and a bail of 1 million drams.

It is noteworthy that on October 6, two relatives of missing servicemen, Apijan Sargsyan and Arsen Ghukasyan, were arrested, and later it became known that Apijan Sargsyan was released, while Arsen Ghukasyan was not.

They were charged with hooliganism and interfering with the lawful activities of public officials during a protest held near the Ministry of Defense on September 29.

On October 7, it was reported that Arsen Ghukasyan had been detained for one month.
