The Government Refuses Shares of Haypost

The government has decided to refuse shares owned by Haypost LLC. During today's meeting, the government adopted a resolution to relinquish 1,357,600 shares belonging to Haypost LLC, each with a nominal value of 1,000 drams.

The rationale for the project indicates that the decision is due to the terms of the Shareholder Agreement signed on June 4, 2024, between RENSHIN LLC, the Republic of Armenia, the Yerevan Global Trade Center LLC, and Haypost LLC.

According to the resolution, 6,788,000 shares belonging to Haypost LLC, each with a nominal value of 1,000 AMD, totaling 6,788,000,000 AMD, will be transferred to RENSHIN company.
