Do Not Provide 'Bear' Services for Them, Warns Ministry of Internal Affairs

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has warned that there are individuals in our country who are willing to sell their WhatsApp or Viber applications activated with their mobile phone numbers for 5,000 drams.

“We once again urge our citizens to refrain from opening accounts with their mobile phone numbers or those of others (WhatsApp, Viber, etc.). Do not assist criminals; do not render 'bear' services for them. The efforts to block such platforms that have come to our attention and to identify the individuals behind them are ongoing. The fight against those providing ‘Drop’ services using phone numbers will be legal,” the statement reads.
