Artificial Intelligence Tools May Be Implemented in Armenian Courts

The increase in salaries for judicial staff remains a priority for the Judicial Department. This was noted by the head of the Judicial Department, Nairi Galstyan, during a session of the National Assembly.

The Chairman of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, Vladimir Vardanyan, mentioned that the workload of judges could possibly be reduced by implementing artificial intelligence tools. He emphasized that judges are often overburdened but it is essential to explore the use of artificial intelligence tools, which could significantly decrease the duration of legal processes.

In response, the head of the Judicial Department added that efforts are regularly made to reduce the workload of judges.
