Apart from sanctions, Trump has other options to pressure the Kremlin. This was stated by U.S. Ambassador to NATO Matthew Whitaker.

“Today I met with CIA Director Ratcliffe here in Brussels, and we discussed many other options that the President has. He is using them as necessary. He will continue to work on this until the right combination of levers is found to force Vladimir Putin to agree to cease the war,” he said.
