Turkey's Flag Raised Near Armenia's Border

Residents of the village of İncedere in Kars have fulfilled their long-held dream by erecting Turkey's flag near the border with Armenia, Turkish media reports. Local community representatives stated that this move is considered a "symbolic gesture" to emphasize Turkey's presence and border identity.

The ceremony for the flag installation was attended by administrative representatives from the region. The flag was installed at an altitude of approximately 2500 meters. Later, a lighting system was also set up to ensure that the flag is visible even during nighttime, including from Armenian territory.
