David Tumasyan: Intimate Videos of Arshak Sirbazan and His Uncle's Wife Clearly Indicate Immoral Acts

Yesterday, the intimate videos of Arshak Sirbazan and his uncle's wife that were circulated clearly indicate immoral acts, and not only inappropriate for the clergyman but also for any individual in general. Moreover, there had been discussions about the video for a long time, but it had not been publicized. As unpleasant as Arshak Sirbazan's actions are, they are not criminal.
However, the circulated video clearly constitutes a crime, as it contains the characteristics of an offense provided for in Article 204 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia: Violation of the confidentiality of personal or family life. P.S. Even if criminal proceedings are initiated, that act, being a minor offense and a medium severity offense under part 3, will not provoke the negative consequences that the content of this video has caused... Society is emotional; it is shaken by immoral acts and not always by illegal ones...”
