US Sanctions Are Undoubtedly a Turning Point: Macron

French President Emmanuel Macron, addressing members of the "Coalition of the Willing," stated that the group must continue to support Ukraine's energy security and maintain pressure on Russia, as reported by Sky News.

"US sanctions are undoubtedly a turning point. The effectiveness of sanctions must, without a doubt, impact Russia's military financing," he emphasized.

Macron added that the coalition has made significant progress in addressing the issue of Russia's shadow fleet, which he described as an "ideal complement" to the sanctions.
