Polish Army Claims It Can Shoot Down Putin's Plane

Polish pilots reportedly have the capability to "shoot down" the plane transporting Russian President Vladimir Putin to Hungary for a possible meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump. This statement was made by General Roman Polko, former commander of the Polish GROM special forces, according to Super Express.

“Polish pilots have the right to force such a plane to land or even shoot it down,” the military official asserted.

Poland's Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski has declared Warsaw's readiness to intercept the aircraft transporting Russia's leader, should it cross Polish airspace.
