I Have Seen That Man Up Close a Maximum of 3 Times: Serzh Sargsyan on Nikol Pashinyan

I have seen that man up close a maximum of 3 times: once at the end of 1993, the beginning of 1994; once in 1998 when we met in court; and once again in 2018. I have not spoken with him indirectly or had a phone conversation with him. What does it mean to say I know him? This was stated by Serzh Sargsyan during a conversation with journalists, responding to the question of whether he recognized Pashinyan and why he handed power to him in 2018.

Earlier, it was reported that the third president of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, mentioned: “A campaign against the church can only be initiated by a person with mental issues, or someone who is completely filled with malice, or by someone executing an enemy's order,” following a court session regarding his case.
