“France and President Macron stand by Armenia. Today we can say that the enormous North-South project, the super project, is already taking on flesh and blood. We can already envision how we will fully commission that route,” stated Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a joint declaration with French President Emmanuel Macron following the signing of documents.

“If we have accomplished this much without an agreement and document on establishing a strategic partnership, without strategic partnership, I can only imagine what successes and achievements await us after establishing a strategic partnership,” emphasized Pashinyan.
