Rubinyan to Opposition: You Have Failed Well in Gyumri

The mayor elected in Gyumri needed just 6 months and 1 day to embezzle bribes and get caught. This was stated by Ruben Rubinyan, a member of the 'Civil Contract' faction in the National Assembly.

"According to the Anti-Corruption Committee, after 6 months and 1 day, he either took or was about to take a bribe. You talk about a national crisis or government failure; you have failed well in Gyumri," the MP said.
