Samvel Shahramanyan to Break Silence: What Statements Will He Make?

Samvel Shahramanyan has decided to break his silence after prolonged contemplation and will soon present clarifications regarding several issues. The format has been determined: it will be an interview, but not with Public Television.

He was urged not to go to H1, and H1 did not invite him to broadcast. Shahramanyan will address his election as president, explain why and under what circumstances he agreed to take on the presidential role. He will also discuss military operations, negotiations with the Azerbaijani side, and other relevant topics.

Additionally, he will touch on issues concerning the people of Artsakh and respond to the questions that matter to them. He will present the problems they have 'registered' since moving from Artsakh over the past few weeks.
