The Letters Are Viral and Fake: Central Bank Issues Statement

The Central Bank informs that phishing emails are being sent in the name of the Central Bank, including a number of fake emails from the address [email protected]. These emails have attachments.

"We inform you that the mentioned letters are viral and fake. We urge you to: • not open the attached files; • not click on the links provided in the emails; • immediately delete such emails. The Central Bank has no connection to these letters and never disseminates information or documents in such ways or from such email addresses. Please remain vigilant and follow the fundamental rules of cybersecurity," the statement said.
