Tense Situation at Gyumri City Hall: Vardan Ghukasian Laid on the Floor and Arrested

The assistant to Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasian has informed ABC Media that a group of 60-70 individuals entered the city hall, laid the mayor on the floor, and arrested him.

According to Manukyan, the 6th division has stormed the building of the Gyumri City Hall. It is worth noting that masked special forces have entered the Gyumri municipal office.
