Systemic Corruption Finally Found in Gyumri Municipality: Torosyan

The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, Arsen Torosyan, made a post on Facebook regarding the events, recordings, and arrests taking place in the Gyumri municipality.

"Systemic corruption has indeed been found, and it was 'unexpectedly' in the Gyumri municipality. And I have a question for those defending the bribery seekers: Has at least your share been given? It seems from the recordings that it was mentioned that it would be given," wrote Torosyan.
