Internal Agreement: Karen Karapetyan on Meeting with Pashinyan in 2018

After the April War, I announced that there are issues with the quality of diesel fuel. This was stated by former Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan during a conversation with journalists after a session of the April War Investigative Committee.

“Since the committee is closed, and the discussions contain state secrets, I can’t say more,” Karapetyan noted.

When journalists inquired about his conversation with Nikol Pashinyan two years ago on April 22, he replied, “What we discussed is our internal agreement.”
