In a Union State, Anyone Who Doesn’t Accept Bribes is a Scoundrel, Says Khandanian About Vardan Ghukasyan
Armenian National Assembly MP from the "Civil Contract" faction, Sargis Khandanian, wrote on his Facebook page: "The logic is as follows: ‘In a Union State, anyone who doesn’t accept bribes is a scoundrel.’ The process of tasting the state's flavor in their mouths is inevitable for them," Khandanian wrote.
