Polls Closed in Moscow: Day One

On the first day of voting for the presidential elections in Russia, polling stations in Moscow have closed. This was reported by RT. At 20:00 Moscow time, polling stations in the capital ceased operations.

The voting period will last a total of three days, having commenced on March 15, with the main voting day set for March 17. There are 2,200 polling locations in the capital.

Earlier, the Central Election Commission of Russia announced that at 20:07 Moscow time, the voter turnout for the presidential elections on the first day reached 29.87%.
