Church Bells Ring in Gyumri for Small Scammers/Bribe Takers: Harutyunyan on Ghukasian

The Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Arayik Harutyunyan, wrote on his Facebook page:

“The anti-church movement of Ktrich Nersisyan and the demoralization of the Church continue. Church bells are ringing in Gyumri for small scammers/bribe takers. This is the essence of Ktrich. Those gathered in the streets need to understand that the scammer is trying to save his own skin.
