Mass Brawl with Insults and Even Stabbing at the Community Hall of Byureghavan

Last night, a mass brawl occurred in the consolidated community of Byureghavan in the Kotayk region. This was reported by 24News.

The main "actors" were Daniel Danielyan, the first deputy of the Byureghavan community leader, and Vardan Sukiasyan, a member of the council who was on the list of the "Just Armenia" party and later joined the ruling "Unity" coalition, along with 10 others from the community leader's team.

According to our source, they argued for about 40 minutes, fighting, insulting each other, and the situation escalated to the point of stabbing.

We were also informed that several days prior, Daniel Danielyan had an unpleasant discussion regarding land issues with community resident Surik Tadevosyan. When Tadevosyan met him near one of the coffee machines installed in the community late at night, he created artificial tension over spare change, which led to an argument.

According to our source, Vardan Sukiasyan spat on Tadevosyan and also hit him.

It should also be noted that Vardan Sukiasyan is the son of Mushegh Sukiasyan, the head of the Byureghavan territorial structure of the Union of Armenian Volunteers.

In response to the incident, the Investigative Committee has commented: “A criminal case has been initiated regarding the hooliganism incident, and 4 individuals have been arrested,” they report.
