United Kingdom Ready to Activate Cooperation with Armenia
The Minister of Economy of Armenia, Gevorg Papoyan, received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Armenia, Alexandra Pamela Cowan.
Gevorg Papoyan expressed confidence that the cooperation between the two countries would continue to strengthen, based on mutual trust and a solid foundation for partner dialogue.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities for deepening Armenian-British economic ties, steps aimed at developing trade-economic relations, and the implementation of new initiatives. They also touched upon regional priorities, including the TRIPP program, which is seen as an important platform for expanding investment opportunities and strengthening cooperation.
Ambassador Cowan noted that the United Kingdom is ready to activate its cooperation with Armenia, raising economic and investment interactions to a new level.
