Lawyer Alexander Kochubaev Arrested

During the investigation of a criminal case, public criminal prosecution has been initiated against one individual under Article 490, Part 2 of the Criminal Code (disclosing defamatory information about a judge, prosecutor, or investigator that harms the rights and legitimate interests of the mentioned individuals in connection with their legitimate professional activities). The individual has been arrested. This was reported by Newsam.

According to the defense attorney, Kochubaev was arrested for a Facebook post. It is worth recalling that Alexander Kochubaev had written:
