Detaining and Imprisoning Kochubayev Through Torture Cannot Change Reality: Levon Kocharian

Opposition MP Levon Kocharian has addressed the arrest of lawyer Alexander Kochubayev on his Telegram channel.

"Investigators, prosecutors, judges, when you are clearly engaging in illegal activities and imprisoning clergymen and individuals opposing the authorities, you must also be prepared for what Alexander Kochubayev has said about you to be said rightly. This is extremely logical and is expressed by thousands of sober individuals. Detaining and imprisoning Kochubayev through torture cannot change reality. The Nikol days come and go, but the abominations you have committed will remain etched in your biography," he wrote.

It is noteworthy that Kochubayev was arrested over a Facebook post.
