Women Employees Arrested from Aragatsotn Diocese

Women employees have also been arrested from the Aragatsotn diocese. This was announced in a conversation with reporters by lawyer Marine Farmanyan.

“In addition to clergy, the accountant of the diocese, the chief accountant, and the secretary are also arrested; all of them are women,” she stated.

It should be reminded that criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding the use of state or official powers to obstruct or coerce participation in a gathering, as well as to material gain individuals in order to either participate in or refrain from joining the gathering.
