Tax Revenues Undershot: Arthur Khachatryan
Edita
"Tax revenues have undershot by 222 billion drams; has anyone heard an analysis of why this 222 billion was not met?" asked Arthur Khachatryan, an MP from the 'Armenia' faction, directing his question at ruling party legislators during a Parliament session.
"Is this a result of poor planning, and to what extent was it misplanned? Is it a misforecast of economic growth, or has the shadow economy increased? It was mentioned that there has been a reduction of this amount, but we have not seen a specific analysis detailing how much of the shortfall is due to which reasons," Khachatryan said.
